Content Analyzer to help users
find relevant information faster. The Mole allows a user to
search across a pool of documents (including multiple document types such
as PDF, Word, HTML, Excel) to find documents with a particular search
term. It them allows the user to quickly analyze the documents to
determine the relevance of the content. This "content analysis"
capability is what distinguishes
The Mole from all of the tools that only provide 'search'
capabilities.
The Mole Professional Edition is installed for a single user on a

The Mole creates "abstracts" that contain only
the sentences with the term(s) you selected thus allowing quicker review
of relevant content. All the 'noise' (sentences without the search
term) is removed so users don't have to tab through hundred of pages of
highlights.

The Mole provides an easily accessible list of all the "key
words" contained in a document so you don't have to guess what
term(s) the document's author might have used. Rather than having to 'ask'
a document if it contains particular words, users can simply let
The Mole 'tell' you what the document contains. Key words
can be sorted by frequency of use or alphabetically for easier access.

phrases" within a document allowing a user to find pertinent
expressions (not just specific words).
