The Mole Content Profile Loader automates the extraction of metadata properties to enable bulk loading of documents/files into your document/content management system. It interrogates the electronic documents and produces XML files containing a URL link to the source file, file properties and matched key words (based on a match between the Key Terms Thesaurus and the content of the document). The XML files can then be used to load the metadata directly into your document/content management system.

When combined with The Mole Content Discoverer you can gain a better understanding of your organization’s information, identify duplicate files, multiple versions, etc to determine which documents/files will be loaded. This capability significantly enhances the discovery process in establishing your approach to content loading.
